When I started this blog, I was going in a totally different direction but after posting my first blog piece I discovered that I didn’t know what I was doing as a new blogger.  I went into this adventure, wholeheartedly, blindly and in faith…knowing that it if was meant to be a part of ‘me” and my already busy life then it would inspire me to keep writing and I would learn along the way.  So, I am going to say this…”Venti Mocha Moments” are small looks and glimpses into the day by day life in my new role as wife, mom, manager of the home…previously a career woman for 24 years and Christian, who is trying to seek Jesus daily. I’ll be sharing the sometimes mundane, sometimes funny and definitely quirky random thoughts and things of life as a 48-year-old woman, changing careers and becoming whatever comes out at the end.  I’ll also share stories from my childhood, stories of how I got to this place and even some things that I am discovering along the way…the practical and not so practical stuff of life.

I hope you’ll laugh, think and sometimes cry with me on my journey because if the last several years are any indication of what’s ahead, as a good friend of mine would always say…”This is going to be good!”

  1. You are not alone my friend. When I started, I was totally clueless. But when our passion is at its full force, there’s no stopping it. Blogging is an extension of who we are and what we hope to become. It is a place where we can freely express who we are and meet the coolest bloggers around!
